During their June 13, 2023, meeting, the Board of Supervisors will consider an ordinance to establish the Henrico County Home Purchase Assistance Program. If approved, eligible employees of: 1) the County of Henrico, Virginia, 2) the County School Board of Henrico County, Virginia, and 3) County constitutional officers would receive assistance purchasing their first home in Henrico County.
We encourage individuals that are permanent full-time employees of the County of Henrico, Virginia, the County School Board of Henrico County, Virginia, and County constitutional officers to review the information included in this presentation.
Please note that the Henrico Home Purchase Assistance program is not expected to begin until September 2023 /October 2023. Closer to the anticipated launch date, additional information will be shared with County employees.
