As part of its responsibility in administering the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Partnership Program Grant, every year the County of Henrico submits to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) an Annual Consolidated Action Plan. This document describes the allocations of these federal funds for specific activities serving Henrico County residents. Every five years, Henrico County submits a Five-Year Consolidated Community Development Plan outlining general goals and objectives for the use of these funds. The most recent five-year plan was developed for 2020 through 2025 and incorporates the 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan.
