Community Development Needs Public Hearing

The Department of Community Revitalization hosting a public hearing to discuss community development needs in the County, past performance of community development programs, and the 2021-22 Annual Performance Report submitted to HUD. A presentation will be made and there will be an opportunity to hear from anyone in attendance with questions or comments. The County encourages residents to attend, especially those who are low- and moderate-income or are residents of low- and moderate-income communities.
To provide comments in advance, please email them to revitalization@henrico.us or mail them to Henrico County Department of Community Revitalization, P. O. Box 90775, Henrico, VA 23273.
Assistance to disabled persons or those with limited English proficiency will be provided upon request, with at least three (3) business days prior notification to the Department of Community Revitalization. ZoomGrants and Application Training

The Department of Community Revitalization will host a brief training session on how to use ZoomGrants to apply for CDBG, HOME, and/or ESG funds. This training will cover technical aspects of the ZoomGrants system and funding application. It is recommended that attendees establish their ZoomGrants account before the training.
If this is the first time Henrico CDBG, HOME, or ESG funding has been requested for this program or project, a pre-application meeting with staff is required. Please contact the appropriate person below to schedule as soon as possible. Meetings must be scheduled by Friday, March 3, 2023.
