Special meetings of the Board of Supervisors are work sessions where department heads and staff present information and answer questions from the Board. The public is welcome to view and listen to these meetings but there is not an opportunity for public comment.

Regular Board meetings are held in the Board Room, Administration Building, Government Center, 4301 East Parham Road. Guidance for July 14 Board of Supervisors meeting
The Tuesday, July 14 meeting of the Board of Supervisors will take place at 7 p.m. in the Government Center Board Room, 4301 E. Parham Road. The meeting will be livestreamed at https://henrico.us/supervisors/video-of-meetings/ and the public will be able to participate remotely.
Individuals who would like to speak during a public hearing or the public comment period can sign up at https://henrico.us/services/citizen-participation-registration/. After registering, individuals will receive a confirmation email with instructions.
Registration is not required to participate. Individuals interested in speaking also may go online to the WebEx Event when the meeting begins at 7 p.m. A moderator will prompt participants when it is their turn to comment; each speaker will be given five minutes. Participants who register in advance will speak first.
The meeting is open to the public. Attendance in the Board Room will be limited to 40 individuals to accommodate social distancing of 6 feet. Individuals who attend are required to wear a face covering. If attendance exceeds 40, some individuals may be asked to remain in the lobby or another area to allow for appropriate social distancing in the Board Room.
Individuals who would like to speak in person during a public hearing or the public comment period will give their comments from the lectern.
