Online Payments
OnlineTaxpayers can pay online through Paymentus. The County accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Electronic Checks. There are no processing fees.
It is important accurate payment information be provided, which includes the correct account number and payment type. Please provide the account number listed on the bill you are paying and choose the appropriate payment type from the drop-down menu. If an incorrect account number or payment type is provided, the payment may be rejected and you could be subject to additional fees or late payment penalties. Please allow 2 business days for your payment to reach the County when using this service or 3 business days when a Vehicle Registration Withholding (VRW) Hold is involved.
Delinquent Tax Accounts
Henrico County submits delinquent tax accounts to Taxing Authority Consulting Services, P. C. (TACS). Do not pay your delinquent taxes directly to Henrico County. This does not relieve you of the collection agency fee. If you receive correspondence from TACS, you must make your payment directly to TACS at Taxing Authority Consulting Services, P.C. or call 1-866-951-0742.
