Did you happen to see a big blue sign with the County Seal and the words “Public Hearing”? The sign indicates that a property owner has applied for rezoning, a use permit, or a variance. View an interactive map of signs currently posted, along with the case number, the date and time of the hearing, and contact information for the planner handling the case.
2026 Comprehensive Plan
The Henrico County Board of Supervisors adopted the 2026 Comprehensive Plan at a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2009.
