2022 ACTION DATES AND FILING DEADLINES
Beginning with applications filed after September 1, 2021, and with implementation of the updated zoning code approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 22, 2021, Plans of Development, Site Plans and Subdivisions are being processed in accordance with new procedures. Cases eligible for approval on the Director’s Agenda will be processed in accordance with administrative procedures. Cases requiring Planning Commission action will be included on the Planning Commission’s monthly evening agenda for the first meeting following the scheduled action date. The Planning Commission calendar for 2022 includes one meeting per month for all applications requiring Planning Commission action.
