The County of Henrico will be analyzing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be considered, including:  The development of conceptual designs and cost estimates for enhanced bicycle and pedestrian facilities along Mountain Road from Brook Road to Woodman Road.
