County-Wide Pedestrian Signal Improvements

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

• ​​The modification and improvement of pedestrian signals throughout the County, including, but not limited to, intersections at Rt 301 & Diane Lane, Horsepen Rd & Patterson Ave, Pump Rd and Old Prescott Rd, and Twin Hickory Rd and Hickory Bend Rd. ​ 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design began ​January 2023​. 
• Right-of-way acquisition is not anticipated. 
• Utility relocation is not anticipated. 
• Advertisement for construction is anticipated January 2024. 
• Construction is anticipated April 2024.
