Staples Mill Pedestrian Improvements

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity along Staples Mill Rd between Parham Rd and Glenside Dr.  Improvements will include additional pedestrian crossings and signals at intersections.

Progress to Date

• Design is underway.
• Right-of-Way acquisition is anticipated to begin in 2025.
• Utility relocation is anticipated to begin in 2026.
• Advertisement for construction is anticipated for 2026.
• Construction to begin in 2027.
