Fairfield District Supervisor Roscoe D. Cooper III will hold his first Fairfield District Forum constituent meeting Thursday, March 21 to provide updates on Henrico County initiatives in community development, public safety and schools as well as the Marcus Alert system and sidewalk projects.
Cooper will be joined by representatives from Public Works, Police, Planning, Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services and Henrico County Public Schools.
