Henrico County Board of Supervisors Chairman and Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a Fairfield Constituent Meeting on Monday, March 20 to discuss the Ashland Trolley Line Trail and other transportation projects.
Thornton and representatives of PlanRVA will provide an overview of the Ashland Trolley Line Trail, a 14.8-mile multiuse trail that is planned to extend between the Town of Ashland and downtown Richmond. The Ashland Trolley Line Trail will serve as the northern portion of the Fall Line Trail, which will stretch 43 miles between Ashland and Petersburg. Terrell Hughes, director of Henrico’s Department of Public Works, will highlight transportation projects in Fairfield.
