Henrico 4-H, STEMinate to offer human anatomy SPIN club

Amazing Human Anatomy SPIN Club is open to third- through eighth-graders

Henrico 4-H and the youth leaders of STEMinate will present a free, four-week virtual SPIN club focused on human anatomy.

Open to third- through eighth-graders, the Henrico 4-H Amazing Human Anatomy SPIN Club with STEMinate will teach how the human body functions through its systems and vital organs, including the brain, heart and lungs. The interactive club will meet from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturdays, April 24 through May 15.

STEMinate was developed by Perisa Ashar, who was Virginia 4-H’s 2020 Virginia Youth in Action STEM Pillar award winner and recipient of the competition’s Overall Youth in Action Award.
