Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a virtual Constituent Meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 17 to discuss the proposed GreenCity and Henrico Plaza site developments as well as Henrico County’s planned indoor sports facility and initiatives of Recreation and Parks.
