Henrico County Board of Supervisors Chairman and Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a constituent meeting Monday, Oct. 15 to discuss adult literacy services, a youth tennis program and dangerous dogs.
The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center, 1440 N. Laburnum Ave. Thornton will be joined by Nausha Chavez, education program manager for the READ Center; Lt. Shawn Sears, of Henrico’s Animal Protection Police Unit; and Jimmy Turpin, of the A.C.E. (All Children Equal) Tennis Academy.
