
The Department of Human Resources provides support and guidance to Henrico County departments and employees utilizing a philosophy of communication, collaboration, and credibility. The department is responsible for compliance with laws and policies impacting our employees and provides myriad services to our customers in a variety of areas including benefits; organizational learning and talent development; fitness & wellness; employment and compensation services; employee relations; diversity, equity & inclusion services; employee health services; employment verification; and personnel policies and procedures.
