Fire Prevention Fund Donations:

The division does accept monetary donations for its Fire Prevention Fund.  The money from the Fire Prevention Fund is used for fire prevention efforts throughout the county.  One of these efforts is to provide smoke alarms to anyone in the county that is not able to afford one on their own.  The fund is also used to support programs like the Jr. Firefighter Program and 4th Grade Education which teaches fire prevention to kids in elementary schools across the county.  Please contact (804) 501-4900 for more information.

Monetary donations to support the Henrico County Division of Fire: Please make out all monetary donations to the Henrico Firefighter Foundation. This foundation was set up to handle all donations to the Henrico Division of Fire and is a 501c organization. All donations are tax exempt. You can send a donation via mail or online.

Structures and Other Donations:

The Division of Fire often accepts structures and other items donated for use as training props; however, we may not always be able to burn them.  In these cases, we use them as training props for other specialized training activities.  If you have property to donate, please contact Fire Training at (804) 501-5968.
