West Broad Street Development Standards
The purpose of this study was to compose the optimum land use plan for the study area that would most effectively balance the interests of property owners, residents, and surrounding development. The Recommended Design and Land Uses Plan was prepared by the Planning Staff and the
Higgins/Gerstenmaier Associates consulting firm.
