Magisterial District:   Three Chopt  

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to improve access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

• Restripe the existing 4-lane typical to provide for a single travel lane in each direction and a center turn lane 
• Provide bicycle accommodations 
• Improve the intersection of Mayland Drive and Pemberton Road

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year)

Design is anticipated to begin 1st Quarter underway.  Right-of-way acquisition is not anticipated.  Utility relocation is not anticipated to begin.  Advertisement for construction is anticipated to begin2025.  Construction is anticipated to begin 2026.
