Eastridge Rd Sidewalk

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

• Approximately 250-feet of sidewalk along northern side of Eastridge Rd from N. Parham Rd to existing sidewalk in front of Valero gas station. 
• 40-ft of sidewalk connecting “Cook Out” to the adjacent parcel. 
• 2 pedestrian signals/crossings. 
• A public hearing for this project is planned for May 8th at 5:30pm at Ridge Elementary School, 8910 Three Chopt Rd. 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design is anticipated began January 2023.
• Right-of-way acquisition to begin 3rd quarter 2024 
• Utility relocation is anticipated to begin 4th quarter 2024 
• Advertisement for construction is 4th quarter 2024 
• Construction is 2025
