Henrico Board of Supervisors Vice Chairman and Varina District Supervisor Tyrone E. Nelson will host several Community Conversations meetings Sept. 5-6 to highlight the county’s proposed Real Estate CAP Program and provide updates on parks and Henrico’s Environmental Action Resource Team (H.E.A.R.T.).
The Real Estate CAP Program (RECAP) would build on the county’s Real Estate Advantage Program and would cap the real estate tax bills of qualifying homeowners who are at least age 65 or totally and permanently disabled.
Residents are welcome to participate in-person or virtually, via WebEx or phone. To participate by phone, dial 1-415-655-0002 and enter the meeting’s access code. The meetings are scheduled as follows:
