Henrico Board of Supervisors Vice Chairman and Varina District Supervisor Tyrone E. Nelson will host Community Conversations meetings March 27 and April 3 to highlight the county’s proposed budget for fiscal 2023-24 and to provide various updates, including Police Division initiatives and statistics, the 2045 comprehensive plan and Recreation & Parks projects.
