Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a constituent meeting Monday, Feb. 24 to highlight a time capsule being prepared for the new Fairfield Area Library and how the Henrico County Police Division and the Henrico Police Athletic League engage with the community.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at the Fairfield Area Library, 1401 N. Laburnum Ave.
A time capsule will commemorate last October’s grand opening of the Fairfield Area Library. Residents who have photos of themselves from the event may submit them for inclusion in the time capsule by bringing them to the meeting. Images also may be emailed to [email protected].
