The Central Virginia Transportation Authority (CVTA) is a newly-created authority that provides new funding opportunities for priority transportation across the region. Chet Parsons, PlanRVA Director of Transportation and Martha Heeter, Executive Director at PlanRVA will present the context, establishment, and functions of the CVTA.
