How to Receive this Service
Please fill out this form and sign where indicated then mail, fax, or scan and email completed form to the address, fax number, or email listed on the form.
After the form is received, the Community Policing section will send an officer to conduct an authorization review to ensure that all trespassing authorization conditions are met. The trespassing enforcement authorization will be in effect only after the review is successfully completed and authorization granted.
This authorization form MUST BE RENEWED ANNUALLY. The Police Division will send you a reminder of the upcoming expiration, but you must not let the authorization expire. Once this authorization expires, the police will no longer enforce the trespassing laws on your private property.
