Pay in Person
In PersonPayments may be made in person at the Eastern Government Center located at 3820 Nine Mile Road and at the Western Government Center at at 4301 East Parham Road, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
Payments may be made by cash, checks, pin-based debit cards and credit cards. Payment with large amounts of coins is only accepted if wrapped in approved bank wrappers. The coins will be noted and deposited at the bank. The account will be adjusted if the bank determines the coins did not match the amount provided. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted for taxes, utility bills, dog licenses, parking fees, false alarm fees, planning fees, building inspection fees and elevator certificates. VISA does not allow in person payments for Utilities bills. Payments can also be made in person at 7-Eleven, CVS Pharmacy and Family Dollar using PayNearMe. There are no processing fees.
Check payments may be placed in our drop boxes which are available 24/7 at each location. Do not deposit cash in the drop box.
It is important accurate payment information be provided, which includes the correct account number and payment type. If an incorrect account number or payment type is provided, the payment may be rejected, and you could be subject to additional fees or late payment penalties.
