Henrico County has plenty to celebrate, from a new aquatic center and library now open along Laburnum Avenue to a massive reservoir and school projects approaching the final stages of construction. "As much as COVID-19 has been and remains a focus, it has not and will not distract the important business of the county," County Manager John A.
