The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:

Constructing a turnaround at the north end of Winfrey Road prior to the Dominion Power Transmission Corridor.
This project is adjacent to the Fall Line Trail Northern Section project being administered by VDOT.

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year)

Design is anticipated to begin May 2023.
Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to begin November 2023.
Utility is anticipated to begin February 2024.
Construction is anticipated to begin June 2024.
