Ridge Road Sidewalk Improvements, Phase II

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

• Approximately 2,600-ft of new sidewalk along the south side of Ridge Road from Old Providence Circle to N. Parham Road.
• Approximately 20 ADA compliant ramps.

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design is anticipated to start December 2022. 
• Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to commence January 2024.  
• Utility relocation is anticipated to commence August 2024. 
• Advertisement for construction is anticipated July 2025. 
• Construction is anticipated to commence September 2025.
