Nuckols Road Trail

Henrico County is proposing the construction of a new trail near Nuckols Road. The trail would be a 12 foot wide multi-use trail that is approximately 1 mile in length, and would include a pedestrian bridge over the Meredith Branch tributary. This trail would provide a connection from Springfield Road to Francistown Road. Appoximately 0.4 miles of the trail will be on existing Nuckols Road while 0.6 miles will follow the existing alignment off road. The County intends on applying for Transportation Alternatives grant funding to construct this trail.
Progress to Date
- On Wednesday, September 18, 2019 the Henrico County Department of Public Works held a Citizen Information Meeting from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. to discuss this project.
