N Parham Rd Sidewalk #3

The project will provide a connection for pedestrians from the newly reconstructed Parham Road / Patterson Avenue intersection to the existing sidewalks on Eastridge Road in conjunction with the Eastridge Road sidewalk project. This project consists of installing approximately 1,100 LF of concrete sidewalk along the western side of N. Parham Road from Holly Hill Road to Weldon Drive.
Estimated Schedule: (Month Year)
Design began in January 2023. Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to begin in the 3rd Quarter, 2024. Utility relocation is anticipated to begin in 2025. Advertisement for construction is anticipated for 2025. Construction to begin in 2025.

Progress to Date

A public hearing for this project is planned for May 8th from 5:30- 7 pm at Ridge Elementary School, 8910 Three Chopt Road.
