Mill Road Sanitary Sewer Improvements

The County of Henrico plans to install a sanitary sewer within Mill Road to allow utility connections for adjacent homes.  

The roadway will be resurfaced and re-paved from Interstate 295 to Mountain Road and include the addition of bike 

lanes in both directions. 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design is complete.
• Right-of-way acquisition is complete.
• Utility relocation is not anticipated.
• Advertisement for construction is not anticipated.
• Construction began June 2023.
