Magisterial District:   Brookland  


The County of Henrico will be modifying Libbie Avenue between West Broad Street and Bethlehem Road to provide bicycle lane accommodations within the existing ROW.    

 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 
  • Design currently underway. 
  • Right of Way is anticipated to begin 2nd Quarter 2024 
  • Utility relocations are anticipated to begin 3rd Quarter 2024 
  • Advertisement is anticipated in 2025 
  • Construction is anticipated to begin 2025. 
  • Project completion is anticipated: 2026.
