Dellrose Avenue Drainage System Improvements

The County of Henrico will be constructing stormwater drainage improvements to replace eroded stormwater infrastructure. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

• New concrete stormwater pipes to replace failing metal pipes located running east from the corner of Cedar Croft Street and Dellrose Avenue. 
• Sanitary Sewer Improvements for existing connections running adjacent to the proposed stormwater improvements. 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design is underway. 
• Right-of-way acquisition is not anticipated.  
• Utility relocation is not anticipated. 
• Advertisement for construction is anticipated September 2021. 
• Construction anticipated December 2021. 
• Project completion anticipated June 2022
