Mrs. O’Bannon recognized Michael Moore and Scott
Rateau from Boy Scout Troop 702, sponsored by Second Baptist
Church. Michael was observing the meeting to fulfill
a requirement for the Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge and Scott was
observing the meeting to fulfill a requirement for the Communications Merit
Badge.
