Paul Carper, Capital Projects Manager for Henrico County Public Schools, shared his appreciation for the cooperation he and his staff received from Building Inspections, the Purchasing Division of the Finance Department, and Risk Management on the Baker Elementary School Fire Remediation Project.  Without the amazing efforts from all departments, the completion date would not have been possible.
