Henrico Board of Supervisors Chairman and Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a Fairfield Constituent Meeting on Monday, May 15 to discuss the county’s approved budget for fiscal year 2023-24 and the Real Estate Advantage Program (REAP).
Thornton will be joined by W. Brandon Hinton, deputy county manager for Administration, and Leo Marsh, director of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance.
The Board of Supervisors recently approved Henrico’s budget for the upcoming fiscal year as well as an expansion of REAP, which offers a tax exemption for homeowners who are at least age 65 or totally and permanently disabled.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center, 1440 N. Laburnum Ave.
