Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a virtual Fairfield Constituent Meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 19 to highlight Henrico County’s new reapportionment plan as well as programs and resources that are available for older residents.
Thornton will be joined by Seth Humphreys, of the Department of Planning, and Emily Atkinson, the county’s advocate for the aging.
