Guidance for March 24 Board of Supervisors meeting

The Tuesday, March 24 meeting of the Board of Supervisors is taking place as scheduled, at 7 p.m. in the Government Center Board Room, 4301 E. Parham Road. The meeting will be livestreamed at https://henrico.us/supervisors/video-of-meetings/ and individuals will be able to participate in the meeting remotely.

The county will conduct the meeting in accordance with the state’s 10-person limit for gatherings; no more than 10 people will be in the Board Room at a time.

The meeting is open to the public. Individuals who attend may be asked to remain in the lobby outside the Board Room or may be directed to another nearby area to accommodate the 10-person limit. Individuals who wish to participate in the public comment period will be directed to a microphone in the Board Room at the appropriate time (public comments will not be given from the lectern).

Individuals will be able to give public comments remotely. After registering at https://henrico.us/services/Board-of-Supervisors-Meeting-Participation-Registration/, participants will receive an email with instructions on registering for a WebEx meeting that will enable them to provide their comment by phone. Participants should follow the livestream of the meeting at https://henrico.us/supervisors/video-of-meetings/ to know when the public-comment portion of the meeting is underway. There is up to a 60-second delay between the real-time meeting and the livestream. Participants should be aware of the delay and be prepared to speak.

Registration for public comments will close at 7 p.m.
