Henrico County Board of Supervisors Vice Chairman and Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a constituent meeting Monday, Jan. 8 to discuss transportation improvements that are underway, including the construction of the Pulse bus rapid transit line.
Thornton will be joined by Barbara Nelson, of the Richmond Regional Planning District Commission, and Carrie Rose Pace, of the GRTC Transit System.
