You must complete the Childcare Waiting List Screening Form, and if your family meets the current policy qualifications for assistance, based on your need and income, you will be placed on the list. Families are placed on the Waiting List by waiting list priority and waiting list screening application date. You must provide all information and documentation requested. Any missing information may cause your placement on the waiting list to be delayed or denied.

If you receive TANF, have received TANF in the last 12 months, or have a child enrolled in Head Start, then you are eligible to apply for child care assistance.
