Friday, August 4 and Saturday, August 5 Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center (Carytown & Midlothian) is sponsoring the first 10 animal adoptions at Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, Richmond, and Petersburg Animal Control Shelters! Additionally, each shelter will reduce its adoption fee to just $25 August 4-5!
