Henrico Holiday Express Tour: Brookland & Fairfield

For three nights, decorated county vehicles will travel through Henrico neighborhoods to spread holiday cheer! One night we will travel around the Brookland & Fairfield Districts, then Varina, and then through the Three Chopt & Tuckahoe districts. Participants include Recreation & Parks, Police, Fire, Libraries, and even Santa!
