Board Retreat 2021

A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021, and Saturday, January 16, 2021, beginning at 8:00 a.m. in the Old Dominion Building at Richmond Raceway located at 600 E. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23222. The Board will convene a retreat with departmental staff to discuss issues relating to public communication, recreational facilities, pedestrian safety and traffic calming, the capital improvement plan, planning policy, solid waste, transportation and accessibility, public infrastructure and fiscal strategy, and jail diversion efforts.
Special meetings of the Board of Supervisors are open to the public. However, the Board does not anticipate there will be opportunities for public comment.
To accommodate health concerns regarding the size of public meetings and social distancing between attendees, public attendance will be limited.
