Services moving online to the Build Henrico customer portal during this launch are:

 

  • Report Community Complaint/Concerns
    • Examples include:
      • Pothole
      • Tall grass and weeds
      • Trash and debris
      • Inoperable vehicles
  • Code Administration (Zoning)
  • Yearly Inspections
  • Fire Inspections

 

Henrico’s improved code enforcement system will allow our departments to more efficiently notify complainants of enforcement actions and provide more transparent case updates, including feedback, notice of violations, outside agency referrals and court actions.

*If you have complaints related to the Department of Public Utilities, please find their contact information on their DPU’s page. You will not be able to enter these complaints online at the Build Henrico customer portal.
