The Police Division’s Criminal Records Unit provides fingerprinting services by appointment for persons seeking employment and any other need dictated by law, except for Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) purposes.

Fees

$10.00 for the first card

$5.00 for each additional card

Payment for fingerprinting services may be made in cash or by check or money order made payable to the County of Henrico. The Police Records Unit now also accepts debit cards only. There is no additional fee for using the debit card payment system. The Police Records Unit does not accept credit cards and cannot process your debit card as a credit card.

Schedule Fingerprinting Appointment

Fingerprinting services are offered only at the Henrico Public Safety Building, located at 7721 E. Parham Road.  

Please download and complete the Criminal Records Request Form above. The person requesting fingerprinting services must present the completed Criminal Records Request form and two (2) forms of identification, one of which must be a photo identification. The only forms of identification acceptable are outlined below. They must be original (no copies) and current/valid.

  • Social Security Card
  • Voter Registration Card
  • Vehicle Registration
  • Green Card/Permanent Residence Card
  • Certificate of Naturalization Card
