Citizens Fire Academy
Via MailThe Henrico Citizens’ Fire Academy began in 2000 as a public education program for the citizens of Henrico County. The Academy is held on Wednesday nights for 9 weeks. Highlights of the Academy include rappelling, driving fire apparatus, learning CPR, vehicle extrication and much more.
The Henrico Citizens’ Fire Academy is open to any interested participant 18 years of age and older.
We are in the process of reinstating all programs that were stopped due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Information pertaining to upcoming Henrico Citizens’ Fire Academy will be updated soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition.
