As part of its responsibility in administering the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME programs, the County of Henrico submits to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) an Annual Consolidated Action Plan. This document describes the allocations of these federal funds for specific activities serving Henrico County residents, meeting the goals and objectives described in the five year plan for 2010-2015. The Annual Consolidated Community Development Action Plan serves as the grant application and allocation of these funds as approved by the Henrico County Board of Supervisors.
