Blood Donors Give From the Heart!
The Henrico County Blood Program conducts blood donor drives throughout the year, so there are numerous opportunities for you to give.
To help inspire you to join our campaign, we’ve selected a few real-life stories drawn from the “Pints for Halfpints: Giving Kids Another Chance” campaign. This is a national campaign to put a young face on the need for blood donations. By highlighting children whose lives have been saved, the America’s Blood Centers Foundation aims to bring national attention to the importance of making sure that blood will be there for every “halfpint” and adult who needs it — today and in the years to come.
