Mrs. O’Bannon

the Columbian Center; and Ryan Martin and Vincent Riddell from Troop 777,
sponsored by St. Martin’s Episcopal Church.
PRESENTATION
Mr. Donati presented a
proclamation recognizing November 9, 2006 as Metropolitan Richmond Day. Accepting the proclamation from the Hope in
the Cities (USA) Board of Directors were Rev. Sylvester L. Turner, Community
Outreach Director; and Frank F. Mountcastle, Jr., Treasurer.
