BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ COMMENTS
Mrs. O’Bannon recognized the following Boy Scouts who were observing the meeting to fulfill a requirement for the Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge: Zach Williams from Troop 776, sponsored by the Columbian Center; and Ryan Martin and Vincent Riddell from Troop 777, sponsored by
St. Martin’s Episcopal Church.
Mr. Donati presented a proclamation recognizing November 9, 2006 as Metropolitan Richmond Day. Accepting the proclamation from the Hope in the Cities (USA) Board of Directors were Rev. Sylvester L. Turner, Community Outreach Director; and Frank F. Mountcastle, Jr., Treasurer.
Resolution appointing Jeanie V. Robinson to the Keep Henrico Beautiful Committee.
